My family and I recently had to find a new place for my parents to live. Coming from their own home, I wanted to make sure they were happy. From the first moment that I walked in, we were welcomed by all the staff. They were all super friendly. They genuinely look like they like their jobs And it looks like a fun place to work, which therefore makes the residents more relaxed to be there. They have made the transition very easily. My dad is so excited to be a resident there And I am sure my mom will be just as happy once she joins him!

We moved my Mother-in-law in on Saturday, and I am very impressed with how smoothly the transition has gone for her. Danielle B. has been especially helpful, answering all of our questions, even those we didn’t realize we had! Danielle has truly been amazing. We feel fortunate to have found a place for Mom that is close to home. Thank you, Rittenhouse!

Love the facility, my father has been here for 2/Years,he is very happy and settled in his apartment has lots of friends loves the activities and bus trips all his nurses and aides are very nice and go out of their way to help him he is very comfortable with them , food is good and he gets treats lol, he loves it here

Excellent staff, the environment is calm and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of an assisted living community. Their memory care unit is exceptional with plenty of activity options and caring, attentive staff.

Rittenhouse Village hosted an amazing community event today with community resources and a medication take back station. Danielle was wonderful! I also enjoyed the tasty food!

Attended an event today at Rittenhouse and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and engaging. They had music, food, raffle prizes, resource tables for community members, cool cars on display and officers taking medicines people wanted to get rid of. I hope they do it again next year!

My friends mother Joann is a resident at Rittenhouse. They just gave her a little house warming gathering. The staff was very friendly and the food that Jacob made was delicious. Thank you all for putting it all together.

In the memory care unit, I observed 2 wonderful staff members. Henry and Cindy and 1 other very pleasant lady who were doing a wonderful job with the patients, firm but very congenial and patient.

This is an awesome facility! The staff is super friendly, and the residents are very well taken care of! They focus on every single resident and making sure they feel at home in a loving environment. They work to make sure every day is special, providing lots of events on and off campus and have an excellent food program, providing them with nutritious and delicious meals! I can’t say enough good things about this place !!

The staff is amazing. They geniunely care about people. You can tell how much they work at making everyone comfortable. The staff raves about how great it is to work there and the seniors rave about how great it is to live there. There are always activities going on, and the participation is great. Proud they are located here in Portage, Indiana.

I highly recommend Rittenhouse Portage to anyone in search of a nicely staffed, well maintained retirement community. I have gone to the facility several times to make sure it was the right fit for a very dear elderly friend of mine. I attended social events, talked to staff, drove around the facility and looked at housing. I must say, there was not a single time I felt un-welcomed. I was always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff and encouraged to ask questions at any time. The social events were also a great time, all of the vendors were so nice at BOTH events. Thank you so much Portage Rittenhouse!!! Keep up the good work!

Best place in the area to work. The hours are great. No mandates. Free meals are provided. Down to Earth management. Relationships with the residents are priceless. I would recommend this place to my own family.
